PrepInsta Partners with Colleges to Boost Student Upskilling

New Delhi: In a strategic push to bridge the gap between academia and industry, PrepInsta, a prominent placement preparation and tech upskilling platform, has joined hands with more than 100 leading educational institutions across India. This milestone collaboration aims to empower students with cutting-edge skills, practical training, and better access to employment opportunities in today’s competitive job market.

The initiative is set to benefit over 1.15 lakh students, who will gain exposure to advanced learning modules, real-world applications, and a wide network of top recruiters across various sectors. Notable academic institutions onboard include SRM University (AP), GITAM University, The NorthCap University, Rajalakshmi Engineering College, SNS Group of Institutions, and Jyothi Engineering College (Kerala), among others.

Speaking about the development, Manish Agarwal, Co-founder of PrepInsta, said, “At PrepInsta, our goal is to democratize access to high-quality upskilling and placement support for students across the country. These partnerships are a significant step toward equipping young talent with future-ready skills aligned with evolving industry needs. Our focus extends beyond academics — we are committed to holistic career development.”

    PrepInsta’s offerings

PrepInsta’s offerings include Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) and a Prime Subscription model that provides access to high-demand courses in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science. The company also recently launched Optimus, a next-generation platform for placement automation, student assessment, and performance tracking — positioning itself as a 360-degree solution for campus hiring and talent management.

Further enhancing institutional capabilities, PrepInsta provides educational partners with a SaaS-based dashboard to track student progress, assess skill levels, and deploy targeted training programs effectively. Its recent acquisition by Adda247, a major player in India’s EdTech space, has further strengthened its operational capacity and reach.

Looking ahead, PrepInsta plans to extend its partnerships to over 250 colleges and universities by the next financial year, reaffirming its commitment to building a scalable and inclusive talent pipeline for India’s digital future.
